Rising star Maya Lane has announced her debut headline show at The Grace, London for Wednesday 3rdSeptember. Tickets for the show are on sale now, available here.
The news adds to a breakthrough year for the singer-songwriter, who performed at Europe’s biggest Country music festival Country 2 Country at The O2 in March, and is set to perform at Noah Kahan’s British Summertime Hyde Park show, as well as supporting country stars Margo Price and Breland in the UK.
Achieving all of this in between her self-promoted living room tours, where she travels around the UK playing in fan’s living rooms, Maya was also recently selected out of thousands of applicants as one of American Express’s Unsigned competition winners.
Currently writing and recording with the likes of Wayne Hector (Tate Mcrae, Birdy), Rob Milton (Holly Humberstone, The 1975), Jonathan Quarmby (Tom Walker, Lewis Capaldi) and Jonny Lattimer (Ellie Goulding, Anne Marie), Maya Lane’s next chapter is set to be her most exciting yet.
A singer-songwriter from London, Maya is emotionally mature beyond her years and a natural storyteller. Her Pop Country/Folk style draws influences from the likes of Fleetwood Mac, Kacey Musgraves, HAIM and Joni Mitchell.
In her short career Maya has accumulated over 2.5 million streams and has picked up editorial playlists on Spotify including Chilled Pop Hits, Noteable, Fresh Finds Folk and Fresh Finds UK and IE (front cover) and on Apple Music including New In Pop, Chill Pop, New in Country, New in Americana, New Music Daily, UK & Irish Country and Today’s Country.
