Zkeletonz is a UK-based live electronic music project known for their sleek, self-assured aesthetic and infectious, danceable sound.
Blending synth-pop, disco, and indie, they create music designed for movement, with a distinctively stylish and ironic edge.
Gracing festival stages in their hometown of Coventry and across the UK for BBC Introducing in addition to touring internationally in Berlin, Amsterdam and Malta, as well as hitting radio airwaves like BBC 6Music’s Fresh Finds and John Kennedy’s X-Posure, the band has built a reputation for high-energy performances, sharp visuals, and an uncompromising artistic vision.

WORDS FROM THE BAND – This song is a political rant that’s also a delicious, tasty groove – I originally started writing it in response to the previous prime minister taking private jets everywhere.
What an idiot. But it evolved somewhat, and though it has our own hard guitar edged sound, there’s funk and fun in there akin to Simply Red’s ‘Money’s Too Tight to Mention’ and the spirit is somewhere alongside ‘Ghost Town’ by The Specials, who we’ve been lucky enough to meet up with through BBC Introducing in our home town of Coventry!
Sonically there’s influence from tasteful contemporary electronic producers like Diplo behind Santigold and M.I.A due to Ed from the band’s virtuoso prowess as our own in-Band one man Studio extraordinaire.
We’re also very into Ibibio Sound Machine and politically in terms of Lyrics and philosophy, Idles, who I was at Uni with and played on lineups with in Bristol long ago.
